On a slightly more serious note, a few Anvil folks attended the Community Warehouses’s annual fundraiser last night, The Chair Affair. The Community Warehouse supports local families by providing them with the items they would need to make a house a home, such as beds, linens, pots and pans, couches, tables, etc. Community Warehouse is the largest furniture bank in the country, and really a great organization to support.
So Rachel, Heather and I went with the Anvil credit card to make the world a better place! And maybe pick up a chair while we were at it. While tempted to let Anvil take us on a trip to Bali for a week, we thought better of that decision and came back with a chair for the whole office to enjoy.
