Word on the eco-friendly streets is that Ikea is either about to blow our minds (and Detroit’s barely hanging doors) with a legit new product offering or they’re about to prove that them Swedes have a wicked sense of humor come April Fool’s Day.
A new car or a new giant car-shaped meatball? You decide.
If Ikea is in fact coming out with a modular automobile, I will be first in the Ikea warehouse, shoving my new ride about on a flatbed cart. (I wonder if it will come in my favorite Black-Brown woodgrain finish?) In the meantime, I’ll be building up my allen-wrenching muscles because that assembly is gonna be stupid crazy.
